In order to keep your purchase at the lowest price, we have a "NO RETURN" policy here at Golden State Office Furniture.

All sales are final even on pre-paid orders, no refunds or exchanges unless defective and only upon our inspection.  15% restocking fee applies, refunds if applicable paid within 30 days.

We are not responsible for delayed shipments.  Times given are only estimates based on past experience with trucking companies.

Golden State Office Furniture does not sell furniture in boxes.  All furniture is de-boxed and inspected for mechanical soundness and damage.

All furniture that comes knock-down or "KD" in boxes is assembled at no charge, free assembly is included on all these products.
