Golden State Office Furniture (we) will display your furniture for as long as it takes to sell the item(s).  We will also show a photo of the item(s) on our website.  Photos for your item(s) will be taken at the time of pick up or delivery to show the "as-is" condition and your furniture will be sold as "used, in as-is condition."  If you have asked us to pick up your furniture instead of bringing the item(s) in yourself, then please know that we are not responsible for any damages that may occur to your item(s) during transport although we will be using extreme caution as always.  We have the exclusive right to sell your item(s) and collect our 50% of the final selling price.  This means that even if you send someone in to buy your item(s) or if you decide to come pick up your item(s), we are still entitled to collect our 50% of the asking price due to the fact that we used our resources and floor space to display your item(s) and have to be compensated for this expense.  There is no time limit for the sale.  We have the right to accept an offer for each item of up to but no more than 10% off the original asking price.  Payment will be made to you by check, immediately upon the sale of each item.
